New Linq Portal
Over the summer, we switched to a new portal in Linq. In order to connect your account to the new portal, please follow the steps provided. This will allow you to see their current balance in the new system.
**Important: This has to be done on a laptop, Chromebook, or desktop computer. It cannot be done from the Linq App or on a mobile device or tablet.**

- Go to: LINQ Connect's website and sign in.
- Click the person icon on the far right of the screen.
- Then Click Settings.
- On the left side, scroll down to the Linked Accounts section.
- Click the trashcan next to person to remove the old linked portal.
- Popup will appear asking “are you sure”.
- Click unlink.

You will then need to link your account to the new portal. Here are the steps:
- Click on the "Add Account" button.
- On the right, a tab will pop up. Choose Student, then type in "tupp" to find our new portal. (If you are a district staff member, please choose Staff here.)
- Click on "Tupper Lake Central School District (new) (Tupper Lake, New York), then click Add.
- The new portal is now added to your account and you will be able to see the correct balance...
